So I ordered this right after I got my Roomba and was initially concerned by reviews mentioning that the casters were noisier than the original iRobot casters . When it came time to replace my original casters with the casters from this kit, I noticed that they got a little noisy when I first started Roomba, but I wouldn't even remotely call it noisy or noisy. So I did the first thing any good engineer would do: measure the noise level of these replacement rollers. Feet while Roomba worked on both carpeted and hard kitchen floors. Here are the results: Carpet: 40-45 dB at 10 feet - equivalent to a quiet library. Hard kitchen floor: 45-52dB at 10ft - Equivalent to a quiet office.
