Useless - flickers constantly and very noticeable.
I put three new "AA" alkaline batteries in this flashlight, turned it on and it began to flicker. I tried a different set and brand of batteries with the same result. The flickering is very pronounced and makes this light unusable. Also, the magnet is not strong enough to hold the flashlight on a horizontal surface. The weight of the gooseneck and flashlight head is too much for the magnet to hold the flashlight in place. Gravity pulls the head and gooseneck down. The base is metal and may damage some surfaces. Other than that it would look well done!
