Normal does not work in Tools & Equipment

Not "User Error". I've used the identical block before with no problems. This one just isn't able to grab the stylus. The design seems to work. But it's definitely not my copy. Too bad because the tool itself is steel and quite durable. Seems built to last. But that is definitely not possible with the rivets that come with the tool.
