A year after purchase there are so many updates that I can hardly pack anything extra on this computer. Even an HP printer. Factory reset doesn't help either. It has so many useless things I can't remove (like Microsoft Edge) that nothing else fits. I bought two of these simple computers so my kids could do some homework on them, but even that is pretty much impossible with these computers. I took it to a computer mechanic in case I missed something, but the problem is that the device itself is low on memory. Terrible waste of money. Also, HP doesn't offer customer support after the one-year warranty expires, and it's an interesting coincidence that updates made my unit unusable immediately after the one-year warranty expired.
