Review on Stepworks by Shaun Helm

Their process for our website build was easy to understand, very informative but also fun! I have not encountered many clients that are as open minded about business concepts and design like this team of professionals, nothing at all really. They were extremely flexible and accommodating of my ideas (sometimes too much). The content management system they used during production had some issues which made it hard to upload new pages once completed. Also there seemed to be a bit more work than expected done by their web developers so we paid them extra money just because it took longer then thought necessary when working together. A great fit for what I wanted for us aesthetically/design-wise; however if you want your site live sooner or easier go elsewhere. Our corporate brand needs evolved significantly over time as did how users interact with products online. This resulted in reworking several parts of our existing product portfolio from scratch - including having three different platforms running simultaneously until just recently when one platform has become 'the' base upon which everything else can run smoothly. I like that they are very flexible when it comes to working within your budget, and also their design skills are great! They can take any idea you have and make them look amazing so there's no need for you to be stuck with something that doesn't suit what you're looking for. The only thing i dislike about step works is that sometimes they don't produce as much work as other agencies do, which makes me feel under pressure to deliver more work than necessary. But overall my experience has been positive.
