I was very impressed. When I originally ordered I ordered King Beige but got Queen Size so I asked for a replacement order. The replacement order came very quickly but it was also a queen so I considered returning it and ordered a different duvet cover from a different seller. I received an email from this seller after they reviewed my order and found a problem. Unfortunately they no longer had the color I originally ordered but they offered to ship any color I wanted in the right size for free and I was still able to return and get a refund on a product that was the was wrong size. The product arrived quickly and, as you can see, beautiful. I ended up using it in my van with a light duvet and I love it. It's soft and high quality material and I haven't had any problems. I really appreciate the customer service this seller provides. When in doubt, buy this duvet cover!
