The title really speaks for itself. It was fine as long as it worked, but I'm not going to pay a $40 monthly subscription for a blanket. Edit - 11/15/2021: The company contacted me over the weekend and offered a replacement or refund. I have decided on a replacement and will update if/when it becomes available and the durability of the replacement blanket. One star is for customer service. Edit2: 11/17/2021: The replacement duvet arrived quickly, within 2 days. So far so good, works as it should. I will update in a month or two if it still works.
