I started when both arms are 0 degrees on each other, I use it on the ruler triangle, it resumes 90.55 degrees at 90 and 45.50 at 45 degrees (both sides 45). Returning to 0 gives you 0.20 degrees. I notice that every time it goes back to 0 after a known storm resumes, the readings fluctuate between 0.05 and 0.25 (and every time I started zeroing the readings when the hands are exactly lie on one another). I've never had a 90, always between 89.70 and 90.50. The readings are not constant and show incorrect numbers. This device is being returned
