Looks good and good quality

Bought for my relatively small Border Terrier puppy, about 13 pounds and 10 months old. how it looks It's quite heavy, which is great considering how much it costs just for the collar. I can't get enough of how good it looks! I'm not sure why stretch is a factor for checking, but since it's metal it doesn't stretch.
