The ability to quickly create rules that can be applied across all queues is fantastic! It's also easy enough so non-technical people like myself are able to use it as well without needing any help from our support team or developers.
I wish there were more options within each rule (i'm sure they're coming soon) but this isn't something we've run into yet during testing/deployment phases. We have been using sopranos AI solution since early 2018 and haven’t had one single issue come up while setting everything up initially nor after deployment has occurred over multiple months now. This system was set up specifically because my predecessor didn't know how to properly do things manually which led us down an unproductive path where he would spend most his time looking through logs trying to find errors instead of actually fixing them when found.
