If you don't want to drill holes into your bumper and you're looking for a little extra Euro-inspired flash, this plate mount is great. It's heavy and made with good materials--no cheap plastic here. It affixes right to the tow hook. I purchased it to replace a plastic mount that actually fell off my bumper (and took my license plate with it). This is worth the money--you don't end up thinking about it every day, but you get the peace of mind that the plate will stay attached, so it does its job.
