These are really great LED bulbs. Although they are fan bulbs we use them in our kitchen table chandelier - this light has open top glass bulbs which must be too short for regular bulbs (A19) as the bulb tips protrude beyond the shades. . These A15 fan bulbs work great for a number of reasons: they're smaller so they don't stick out above the glass beads, at 800 lumens they're brighter than most other bulbs that are typically 600 lumens, and we like 4000K (Kelvin) too. ), which is the hue of the light. As we age, softer whites (2700K) become too yellow and dull to see well and bright daylight (5000K) becomes too bright. These 4000k bulbs are spot on and so we're slowly moving towards 4000k overall A house. I took photos so you can see how much shorter they are than the glass balls in the holder. It's hard to see how bright they are, but they are beautiful and vibrant, especially when there are 5. They appear instantly - without hesitation or flickering. I haven't tested their dimming function because I don't use them with a dimmer. As I needed 5 bulbs it would be nice if they came in a smaller package. But on the other hand most A15 bulbs (ceiling fan sized) come in 4 packs and I would have to buy two of them - it was still cheaper to buy that 10 pack than two 4 packs.
