Wow, this impact wrench packs a lot of power. I have several Porter Cable cordless tools, so when I needed a cordless impact wrench I went with the Porter Cable. There was an error. I don't use an impact wrench that often, I'm not a mechanic so I can't justify the cost of Dewalt. The porter cable worked fine until I had to remove a tire that had recently been replaced at a tire shop. Porter Cable couldn't move them; 105 ft/lb seemed to be the limit for this impact wrench. When I didn't remove the lower shock mount bolt (torqued to 148 ft/lbs), I knew it was time for a change. I did a lot of research and settled on the Dewalt XR DCF899M1. Doesn't matter. This impact wrench has not let me down yet. You can feel the power of this wrench just by pulling the trigger without trying to loosen or tighten anything. These nuts, tightened at the tire shop, came loose after a few taps. This impact wrench is a pleasure to use knowing it will remove any nut it crosses. This is probably the most money I've ever spent on a single instrument, but it was worth it.
