I agree with the other three reviewers. This counter is garbage. There was no quality control. The counter never worked, right out of the box. After a (tested good) battery is installed, the counter will run through random numbers for about 5 seconds and then lock and display either 1 or -1. This happens in all switch positions, both in volts and in ohms. Turning the meter off does not reset the electronics. The counter shows 1 or -1 immediately after switching on. I can reset the counter by unplugging the battery and plugging it back in, but it goes back to displaying random numbers for about 5 seconds before locking again. This product is rubbish and I will be returning it to Revain for a refund.
