I bought this massager because I had plantar fasciitis and needed to wear compression stockings and soles all the time. Tried it and it works, have been using it for a week now and the pain is almost gone, no need for compression stockings anymore. The kneading intensity is pretty good, I would suggest using medium if you don't like heavy kneading, it's very powerful. It's very portable and lightweight, you can bring it to different rooms. I like the remote control as I don't have to bend down to adjust the settings. The air pressure is strong too, I like the strong compression. Infrared heating works well, you won't feel any real heat like other massagers.
