Bought to replace a Sony Blue Ray Player that was starting to do strange things. It seems to be the MO for Sony players. The last three I had went the same way. Don't get me wrong, they last a long time. But then again, I don't use them intensively, like once a week. For the price they seem pretty good. I hooked it up to a new Samsung Smart 4K Q TV and it works great. I didn't have the problems others are talking about. This. You must clean the disc in order for it to play. So far, so good. For the price I would recommend it.
