I use this as my bag to carry around work. I work in OR and I can fit a bottle of water (actually 2), a couple of protein bars, gum, scissors, wallet with no problem. There are multiple compartments so I can keep phone, meds and lipgloss all in their own place. I also put my stethoscope in there and don’t have to zip it to keep things in place. Strap is comfortable and adjustable.
