This is expensive junk. I can't update the firmware with your application because the device was not found. Installation is not difficult once you know how to remove the padding from the helmet. Only 3 buttons, + - and the main button in the middle. Every time I press the center main button to do something, I hear the message "Intercom failed" and then the music starts playing. I press the button to stop the music and "Intercom not working" then the music starts playing again. I've emailed tech support with the desktop app logs and I'm waiting. At this point I wouldn't recommend that. Since a Bluetooth option is available for the Vaillant LS2 helmet, you should avoid the LS2 if you need a Bluetooth connection with your helmet.
