I have a 2002 Civic LX and it fits like crap. Couldn't fit it in the mounting bracket so I broke my caliper and found the mounting boss (the big hole in the picture below) is .050 wider than my old alternator. It's just over 3/64, which might not seem like much, but it was too big. I didn't have time to play around with returns so I had to use a grinder to make it fit. If I had to do it again, I'd spend a few bucks more for something that fits properly.
