Review on RingCentral Contact Center by Patrick Diaz

All features are excellent! Excellent customer service as well when needed at any time during business hours (even after regular office closed). Easy access for agents using tablets or smartphones through website or mobile app itself but having this feature would be great in future releases!! As mentioned previously all other functions work flawlessly without problems so far - no issues found till now! If it wasn't perfect then I wouldn’t have purchased ringcentral contact center services because they solved my outbound calling requirements perfectly & very cost effective too. ! So nothing much left here if everything good was said before. Just try them once only one thing will stop u from choosing rccs again:-).
