I like that it allows me to see my plan options in one place. It's easy to navigate and provides great service when you need help! Nothing really at this time but would be interested if there was more information available about how they can improve their online experience. Make sure your using the most up-to date version as some features have changed since previous versions. This is a good product overall, however, not much has been added since its release. We are able to stay organized by providing our employees access to multiple plans from different companies under one roof.
