Does not change region
First, the company sent me the wrong size power supply, so I had to wait almost two weeks because of it. Then I watch a movie that requires me to change region (which is why I bought the blue ray in the first place) and the screen freezes every time I try to change region. Used and installed for the first time. None of the support could help me, so I'm sending it back.
