Review on Coats Clark Outdoor Thread D 71 025 3P by Hannah Curi

Bought this thread to sew on Sunbrella fabric for outdoor cushions. I have found the quality of this particular thread to be inferior to what I have had in the past (different colors, same product, same ID numbers etc.). This line coming off the spool first seems strong, of acceptable quality (although not as thick as what I've used in the past) and then the line of line seems to thin out and later thicken again will. It also broke when trying to thread a needle (16 gauge or 100 needle). For my project, I hope that it will withstand the intense summer heat that we experience in our part of the country. I need extra thread but I will not buy this product again!
