This is a quick and easy wrist brace. It's easy to use and really helps to support your wrist while exercising or playing sports. I don't think it should be used as a medical device to support an injured wrist. However, he does an excellent job of preventing injuries. It's not uncomfortable or too big, and doesn't need to be constantly repackaged. I'm not a big fan of velcro but in this case it comes in handy. It did what I needed and was a great price. No complaints here.
