I bought this because of a long grown pimple and it took some understanding of which tool to use where as there were no instructions. However, with patience, it's got a pretty good set of tools, and they're definitely sharp enough to pick up what you need to remove and disrupt the quote enough to throw away the nasty stuff. I'm glad I got this after years of hesitation - wish I had known it would be that easy. The only downside was that my hands trembled a bit, so it's very important that you be patient and don't bend the tools or it can ruin you (and your body) with poker.
