I like that you can have different levels within your app depending upon how many points are earned per visit or transaction.

It's also easy enough to add new items without having to do too much coding work (which would be great). The only thing about this product so far has been when there was some issue with our server it took us quite awhile before we were able fix things up again! We've had no issues thus far though but if something did happen then they'd help get everything back working as quickly as possible!! Great customer support from them which makes me feel comfortable using them overall.
