Review on OCR Concrete Diamond Grinding Grinder by John Sharma

Bought together with HERZO universal flat sanding hood and Porter 4.5" sanding cable. I bought it right away. Did the bottom of the grinding head touch concrete? The Porter-Cable screw lock was too big to fit properly without spacers - same problem on my Dewalt. Also looking at this product it seems to be a cheap import and I was afraid to use it will buy branded steering wheel instead
