The seat cover doesn't hold up.
The coating started peeling off after only 5 months. I've listened to all of their cleaning recommendations. No harsh chemicals. Nothing abrasive. Soap and water only. Cheap toilet seats can keep their finish for years. Even with aggressive chemicals! It's a low-quality junk plastic and I'd trade it for a $300 toilet seat.
