Review on ATIVAFIT Half Exercise Ball Balance Trainer With Resistance Bands, Pump And 660 Lbs Support - Perfect For Core Strength, Yoga, Home Gym Workouts And Fitness by Jesse Gray

If you are only using it for the ball side up then it is probably a great product

Seems like a stable bosu ball. My main issue is that BOSU stands for "BOth Sides Up", meaning you can use either side to exercise on. I didn't realize that when I flipped this over there was all these little circular things on the bottom that stick out easily half inch. It makes quite a pain of trying to do some exercises where the ball side is down Also for what it's worth, the bands hardly stretch high enough to reach my waist (I'm 6' tall)

Pros
  • I'm not a fan of the bands that come with the ball.Other than that, it works well.
Cons
  • The product may not be sturdy enough for high-intensity workouts
