The bike fell off the wall.
I brought 4 of these racks and had to send them back. I put the first one on and it fell off the wall. YES SIR. Yes, it was drilled into the stud with the screws provided. It is also very inconvenient to assemble the rack. It's not like the picture. You have to assemble it and drill into the wall while it swings. It's hard to describe. In any case, I would ONLY recommend this bike rack for smaller bikes. It would be perfect for a kids bike.
