Good for my purposes, just brings light to my Christmas nutcracker. They are NOT as bright as advertised. They're not even as bright as a night light. Edited 12/11/19, after less than a week and the same set of batteries, the headlights almost completely failed. Twist and turn to lock and unlock, so tiny that the battery cell often falls off. Edit 12/28/19, used both headlights, 22 days, 5 hours a day, 110 hours total. A total of 18 batteries were used during those 110 hours (9 per lantern). In other words, don't waste your money if the batteries don't grow on the trees you live in.
