I had another Zebra label printer that was over 5 years old and broke so I bought this one to replace. It won't connect to my small business network with an Ethernet cable. My server wouldn't recognize it if it wasn't directly connected via USB, but if I typed the direct IP address into the web address it's connected to. I even called Zebra customer service and spent over an hour on the phone during my lunch break to troubleshoot this issue but couldn't get it to print 1 label over the network connection. In the end they couldn't help me either and the technician told me to call my IT department. Unfortunately, I have a small business and work in the IT department. I'm returning it and trying Brother instead as I've had no problem connecting my regular Brother printer/scanner/fax to our network. I hope that in 2017 I can find a label printer that connects to my network without having to spend more than two hours trying to connect without success.
