A stub with such aperture is a thing! I shoot with a Canon 80d crop. Not only can you open a hole at f2 in the dark, but you can also set the shutter speed to 1/15. Autofocus is very fast - a moped traveling towards you at a speed of 35-40km / h is not a problem for him (I'm talking about tracking autofocus) - I'm attaching a photo (both photos were taken at f / 2, which can be seen on exif) I shoot a lot of street and landscapes. Yes, 35mm on the crop is not quite for landscapes, but nevertheless the shots turn out to be alive, with the effect of presence. Sometimes you want 16mm, but 16-35mm with f / 2 and a stub does not exist :) Sharp even at f2 (but here you need to shoot very accurately, because with a large portrait, the ears are already blurred). From f / 3.5 - and you see the whole structure of the skin on the faces in half-length portraits. When buying a front / back test, focus on a line of text in a magazine. On my copy (in conjunction with the canon 80d) - the rules, it hits perfectly accurately. In general, for me, if you choose only one lens, then this is it. Again, I would like a 16-35mm with a stub and aperture of at least 2.8, but with the existing range, I have to make a compromise.
