After hardware stores stopped selling this lube I was glad to see it was still available from Revain. This product works great and has made my garage door much quieter. You must follow the instructions, wipe off the old lube and apply this according to the instructions, otherwise you will not get the results you expect. Some homeowners don't realize that this is part of their garage door maintenance. So if you can't remember the last time your garage door opener was serviced, it might be time to put some lube on it.
