After buying a used car and deciding to do a route oil change, I found I couldn't unscrew the oil filter. I spent almost 3 hours using brute force that hurt like hell the next day, regular oil filter wrenches and a strap wrench that pushed into the center of the filter and punched a hole in it. I was so upset and didn't want to drag myself to the store for something that stupid. There wasn't room to try the screwdriver trick and I was afraid of damaging the filter even more, so I bought this tool. At first I was surprised because it seems quite hard. I connected it to the filter and after 10 seconds this piece of shit shut itself off 😆😆. The thing works damn well. All dents and scratches in the photo are the result of trials I made before using this tool.
