My 13ft vehicle was parked in the grass in a hole in my backyard so I didn't expect this mover to be of much use. I pocketed it and pressed the forward button and it slowly dug a hole without going anywhere quickly. Rather than give up, I jacked the trailer up and slipped a 2 x 6 6 foot under the drive unit, lowered it back down, hit the forward button and off we went. (at least six feet). I used a pair of 2 x 6 boards under the wheel, moving each board in front of the other, moving 6 feet each time to pull this trailer through my soft grass backyard until I could bring it to the side of the house to lift it on. for my pickup. In a nutshell. This thing works and has ENOUGH power to move my 13ft camper even when it had to be hauled up a slight incline when it ended up in a hole. My trailer tongue is heavy which helped it grip the 2 x 6 boards. The single bolt attachment system needs a redesign which I want to fix. It doesn't support the cart like it should, but the mover itself made getting the trailer out of my yard that much easier. I recommend this product and it is worth the selling price.
