The ability to have a personalized greeting for each prospect who calls in or texts me makes it easier than ever before (and better) because I can answer questions without having them hear another recording of some boilerplate message over again! Also love being ableto see where our leads currently are within their funnel so that we always know what they're interested/ready about even if I miss one call from said person at any stage along this journey!! Nothing really bad but would like more flexibility around how fast messages get delivered into voicemails etc - also wish there was an option not show up as busy when receiving text alerts rather then getting those missed notifications later after caller leaves voice mail.

Helps keep track & organize my business prospects / clients by letting us be organized through automated messaging via SMS's which has been great since switching cell phones years ago now!
