I was looking for little ice cubes for my water and soda bottles. That's great! Small spherical ice cubes are the perfect size. I made the mistake of overcrowding a tray and it was difficult to remove. I would like a little more flexibility in the plastic, but that's not that important. They freeze quickly and a tray keeps my drinks cold for hours in a stainless steel glass (Yeti). I will probably order more. I have found that they can be a bit difficult to remove. I put a tray in a gallon storage bag, hit the back of the tray with a wooden spoon and they all fall out. I didn't notice any weird smell from the plastic that some have complained about. The new ones are more flexible than the previous ones, hence all the ice cream balls came out. I emptied 4 trays into a gallon storage bag and none of them stuck together. The drink stays cold longer, especially in double-walled stainless steel mugs and glasses. I've been using them daily for over 6 months now and I'm still happy! It takes 2 bowls to fill my 30oz Yeti and the ice lasts at least 10-12 hours depending on whether I add liquid or just leave ice in it. I always keep 6 trays in my freezer and never run out. Depending on the temperature of your freezer, the tray will freeze in about 2-3 hours. I order 3 more!
