I purchased this product last week.Pros:1. The product arrived earlier than expected with no damage to the packaging and materials inside.2. The packaging was decent and all items inside of the box was individually packed.2. Overall the product is good quality and so far (2 days since I purchased it) it works as promised.Cons:1. There is no step by step instruction for assembling and connection. I have no plumbing experience and did not wish to call a plumber for a DIY project. Overall, it took me 1 hour to figure it out, set it up, leak proof and run water.2. The holder is a universal one and not designed specifically to fit the sprayer. It holder too narrow and the sprayer body sits unstably on the top of holder and keeps falling off. You better off to leave the sprayer in the sink or bath tub. I strongly suggest the holder be redesigned.3. Finally, the product is simply too expensive with such flawed design.
