Frustrating wire connectors
The thermostat itself works great. There were two downsides to this thermostat, but one of them is that you can't view the set temperature and the air temperature at the same time. Another downside is the cable ports on the back (I uploaded a photo of the back) which are very difficult to insert cables into. There are no instructions for depressurizing the port. It required one person to hold the tab, one person to hold the thermostat, and the other hand to insert the wire into the hole. Just bad cable design. But like I said, it's a great thermostat.
