The ease of use and customization features are great. I like how easy it was to set-up my first campaign. I didn't have any issues once the campaign launched, but I did receive some pushback from customers who wanted to use certain filters on their search. I would say that there is not much to dislike about this platform. It's easy to use and allows for quick turnaround times. If you're looking for a simple way to create targeted campaigns and track results, then this is the platform for you! This is a good solution if you're looking for something very simple and don't need more advanced reporting or analytics. We were able to create several different types of campaigns and easily track them over time.
