Manual not updated for NVR surveillance system
Received quickly but the manual is difficult to understand because it shows you the system WITHOUT a monitor and the instructions are for WITHOUT a monitor. Clearer and/or updated instructions are needed. Also, it was very difficult for my elderly eyes to make out the black-on-black writing on the POWER PACKS, they are marked for the camera and one is for the NVR. With an amazingly quick response time, the tech support was AMAZING! Of course, once I hooked up the first camera, the rest was easy.
