These mockup security cameras go great with THESE AREAS IS PROTECTED WITH VIDEO SECURITY signs, available for $5.17 each. I recommend screwing them next to ceiling lights that have a sensor that turns these lights on outdoors, e.g. B. Above your driveway. This way your fake cam will be visible at night when the sensor detects a person walking by, and the lights on will give the impression that your fake cam is actually getting power! Also, the presence of the above signs in windows next to fake cameras will tell passers-by that these fake cameras are REAL! I also love the yellow stickers that come with the cameras that say "CCTV"! I placed them below the cameras at eye level, and the fake cameras are either screwed high above the windows or above the garage doors. CCTV sounds like a real security system and should help convince people my house has a real security system! And I agreed with the customer who said you don't need to put batteries in the flashing light as the cameras look real without them and REAL security cameras do NOT have flashing lights! So I save myself climbing stairs to change the battery! Friendly warning: Before I simply hung the 3rd camera over my front door, I accidentally ripped the camera body off its base while trying to aiming the lens at an angle downwards! Luckily I had a bottle of KRAZY GLUE and glued the camera body back to the base! Just below the camera body is a round, fluted dial. Rotate this wheel counterclockwise and the camera position will become looser and you can easily rotate the camera to your desired position. That way you can see it slanting towards your yard instead of the house across the street! Once you point the camera in the desired direction, turn the round knob clockwise to tighten to keep the camera in that position! The 3 fake cameras I used to buy from the 222Monkey seller, are bigger, more realistic and better looking than 1 counterfeit camcorder from Clever Edgar seller (US seller)! I'm glad the 3 I received earlier look exactly the same as 1 in the photo as it looks and feels more authentic than the smaller one I put up in my garden! Since my backyard is much less visible than my front yard and driveway, a less impressive backyard camera would be fine.
