Worked for 1 week for my opinion

I bought this for myself. It worked great for about 3 weeks and then there was a code appeared (CCF) on the control.It's didn't come with a manual.I also purchased one as a gift. It working fine but no manual either.This worked really good for my arthritis in my back. When it worked
