I understand tht it was a MASSAGING Heating Pad, but it only heats!

I searched for a "MASSAGING” Heating Pad & this one came up! It looks EXACTLY like the one I’d ordered before & was under the impression this one did JUST THAT! I was SO DISAPPOINTED when it DID NOT! 😩

I purchased this heating pad to help with pain relief, for my chronic pain, and for pain in my back. I've purchased many heating pads in the past, at least two each year, prior to this one. I love it! It covers my whole back, from my shoulders down to my waist. It is so helpful if you use heat for pain relief. I also use it on other parts of my body besides my back. It's also a great length for your legs, like from your hips to your knees, and knees to your ankles. It will be longer on those…

Don't buy this heating pad it doesn't work the heating part is only in the shoulder part of the pat so it defeat the purpose of a heating pad and the massage part of it is only 2 little balls that don't do anything for my back pain dont buy it dosent works

Does not get hot enough

I just received this pad it does NOT get hot at all and the massage is a joke. It just makes a lot of noise. Sending it back. I have a very good one by Homech and I was trying to get the same one again but I guess they don’t have that brand on Revain any more.

Christmas Gift - Dad Approved

I got this as a gift for my dad who has a bad back and getting up there in age, and he likes it! There is some weight (not much) around the shoulders and it was easy for him to turn on and sit on the couch. The heat doesn’t go up too high like others, so there isn’t a slow burn.He’s around 6ft tall, so those little squares heating pads don’t really work for him; but this does! He really likes it and plans to using it a couple of times a week during pain flare up.

Faulty product on my review.

While this heating pad is great for pain relief it has a short in it. About my 3rd use of product it turns off and wouldn't turn back on until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I'm still using it that way but would not recommend it.

Worked for 1 week for my opinion

I bought this for myself. It worked great for about 3 weeks and then there was a code appeared (CCF) on the control.It's didn't come with a manual.I also purchased one as a gift. It working fine but no manual either.This worked really good for my arthritis in my back. When it worked

Not sure yet best in my review

I like the heat option and all the settings. But the massage is not comfortable on my back, the massage heads are kind of big and not padded. Also it is loud and does not sit properly on my shoulders to make enough contact to get the massage. I find myself holding it down with my hands to get it to actually feel the massage options. One more thing. The massage shuts off after about 4 minutes and I have to turn it off and on again to get it working.

My NEW Best Friend!

This is a Great Product! I use it whenever I've done a lot of work during the day, and can take a break to use it! I also use it while laying in bed, preparing to go to sleep. One feature I lOVE is that after a while, it will automatically click off, making sure you don't overheat your body!
