Does not get hot enough
I just received this pad it does NOT get hot at all and the massage is a joke. It just makes a lot of noise. Sending it back. I have a very good one by Homech and I was trying to get the same one again but I guess they don’t have that brand on Revain any more.
- I have a lot of back and neck pain. This is just about perfect,
