This is a great product and works great just like the ones that used to be twice the price. I bought it to use in the car. I already have a Costco cordless back and neck massager (from Infinity) for $100. Yes, it's more expensive, but they're not the same. I needed one to drive when traveling 100s or thousands of miles towards national parks. THIS THING WAS GREAT! First I unpacked it and turned off the heating. I don't need heating and will never use it. Disabling it requires extra work as it is enabled by default. Second, I also cut out the handle (an extra mess) and got rid of the velcro cap/valve. THIRD, I rotated the driver's headrest BACK. This way I get the PERFECT head/neck position without my head tipping TOO FORWARD when the massager is attached. The cable that comes with it is long enough to plug into my Sienna's cigarette lighter socket. I am very happy with my purchase.
