I needed to change the color of a very small strip of metal. I searched for hours and settled on this black pen. I had to fiddle with the plunger for about ten minutes before the paint started to flow. it's not ok I know it's subjective, but in the spirit of common sense I would only call it a medium sized dot. The paint lay down thick, lumpy and shiny. The project would have been ruined anyway, but then the plunger just fell out of the pen and ruined my project, clothes, desk, etc. I didn't like this product. I would not recommend that.
