Used to replace the Toto inflation valve which became very noisy. The replacement and installation took about 15 minutes. It took longer to suck water out of the tank than to put in a new valve. The valve fits perfectly and is quiet. Steps: 0. Close the tap 1. Empty the water tank. Soak up any remaining water on the floor with a sponge or vacuum cleaner. Take a picture of the valve and water pipe clamp. Place a bucket under the water pipe leading to Tank2. Unscrew the water connection to the valve under the Tank3. Remove inflation valve 4. Install new inflation valve. Make sure the rubber water hose is properly aligned and attached to the PVC fill hose that goes to the bowl.5. Hand tighten the water line to fill the valve under the tank6. Turn on the water and make sure there are no leaks.7. Adjust the height of the valve to get the correct level. Turn the valve counterclockwise and down to lower the water level. The water level should be about 1 inch from the PVC fill tube leading to the bowl.
