Review on Airtex AW2055 Engine Water Pump by Michael Duman

To be honest I didn't know what to expect from it. I've had prices for similar water pumps for the same Perkins engine and they've ranged from $200 to $250. Now I carry an old tractor. I dig up some once or twice a year. I really didn't want to spend that much money. So I was surprised to find this one much cheaper. At first glance, everything is decently done. I had no problem aligning the bolt holes, the pulley moved smoothly. No leaks so far and my tractor hasn't overheated. So I'll call it a win. Update: Six months later and the pump is still holding up with no leaks. SO very good deal for me.
